## Description

Format: Full-time, on-site at the client’s office  
Duration: 12-month fixed-term contract, with possibility of extension  
Category: Premium/lifestyle beverage brand

We’re looking for a digital Project Manager o support a global beverage company across website, content, SEO, digital shelf, CRM, and platform activation work.  
  
This person will be the day-to-day link between market, regional, global, brand, agencies, and website delivery partners. They will help ensure website updates, SEO requests, campaign activations, content changes, platform improvements, QA, and go-live activities are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in line with global and SEO standards.  
  
This role needs strong technical and digital project management experience to ensure assets go into the right places, keep teams aligned, coordinate across departments, and make sure digital content lands correctly across the ecosystem as part of the connected content output.

**About the Role  
  
Website project management & delivery**

-   Manage intake, prioritisation, and execution of website and platform activation requests.
-   Coordinate timelines, owners, dependencies, approvals, QA, and go-live activities.
-   Keep brand, market, regional, global, agency, SEO, and website partners aligned.
-   Translate requests into clear actions and make sure the right teams know what to do next.
-   Track issues, escalate blockers, and keep delivery moving.

**Content, CRM & digital operations**

-   Support content updates, campaign pages, digital shelf requirements, CRM assets, and website changes.
-   Coordinate with brand teams to clarify requests, collect inputs, and manage approvals.
-   Ensure assets, copy, links, metadata, tags, and content requirements are routed correctly.
-   Keep launch readiness visible across stakeholders.
-   Help ensure campaigns show up correctly across the right digital touchpoints.

**SEO, QA & technical coordination**

-   Manage SEO requests from the SEO agency and market teams.
-   Coordinate technical and on-page SEO support, including site audits, crawl errors, page speed, meta tags, and schema data.
-   Ensure QA, accessibility, SEO/GEO, compliance, and governance readiness.
-   Monitor site health, ranking changes, recurring issues, and performance gaps.
-   Turn data from GA4, Google Search Console, and other tools into clear priorities and actions.

**Stakeholder management & governance**

-   Work directly with multiple departments, brand teams, agencies, and digital partners.
-   Explain technical and SEO terminology in simple, useful language.
-   Maintain delivery SLAs, operational processes, and governance standards.
-   Communicate clearly before, during, and after delivery so stakeholders are informed and never surprised.

**About You**

-   You have 4+ years’ experience in website project management, digital project management, content operations, CRM operations, or a similar role.
-   You have experience across website CMS platforms and complex website ecosystems.
-   You have sound knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools.
-   You understand QA, accessibility, SEO/GEO, compliance, and governance requirements.
-   You are technically confident, commercially aware, and highly organised.
-   You can manage multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and priorities without losing detail.
-   You are proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable owning outcomes.
-   Experience in FMCG, beverage, lifestyle, retail, eCommerce, or premium consumer brands would be highly valuable.
