## Requirements

### **What You’ll Do**

-   Provide **clinical, operational, and strategic leadership** for the Hospice Division
-   Lead and support **multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams**
-   Drive growth while maintaining the **highest standards of patient-centered, end-of-life care**
-   Build a culture of **accountability, collaboration, and compassion**
-   Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence across hospice operations
-   Develop and mentor leadership staff to support long-term organizational success
-   Partner with executive leadership to **advance AdvisaCare’s mission and vision**

### **Required Qualifications**

-   **Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license**
-   **Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience**
-   **Previous experience overseeing or managing multiple offices**
-   Strong communication, leadership, and employee development skills
-   Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
-   Flexibility and adaptability in a growing organization
