The clinic is seeking a Medical Assistant to join their team and support providers in delivering top-quality services.

### About the Role

The clinic is looking for a Medical Assistant to support providers in a fast-paced, high-volume aesthetic and medical practice. This role works directly with patients from pre-visit through procedure support, so strong communication, adaptability, and attention to detail are key.

### Responsibilities

- Consult with patients before their provider visit to review medical history, current concerns, and treatment goals, and prepare them for the appointment
- Scribe during visits, accurately documenting provider notes, treatment plans, and patient communication in real time
- Prep treatment rooms and assist with aesthetic procedures (e.g., injectables, laser, skin treatments), including setup, sterilization, and chairside support
- Provide general back-office support: rooming patients, taking vitals, updating charts, restocking supplies, and coordinating with front desk on scheduling/flow
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and compliance protocols for clinical and aesthetic procedures
- Communicate clearly with providers and teammates to keep visits on schedule in a high-volume setting
- Adapt quickly to different provider communication styles and shifting daily priorities

### Qualifications

- Prior experience in a high-volume clinic, medical spa, or aesthetic practice preferred
- Comfortable assisting with aesthetic/cosmetic procedures
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to stay composed under pressure
- Excellent bedside manner, especially with anxious or upset patients
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to commit to at least 1 year in the role
- MA certification not required, but prior experience in a clinical medical setting is preferred
