## Description

**Location:** Prichard

**Schedule:** Multiple Shifts Available

**Pay Rate:** $18.00 per hour

### Job Responsibilities:

-   Load and unload materials, products, and supplies throughout the facility.
-   Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
-   Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
-   Safely perform heavy lifting of materials and products weighing up to 65 pounds.
-   Assist with general production, material handling, and facility operations as needed.
-   Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the work area and facility.
-   Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and production guidelines.
-   Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
-   Identify and report any equipment, product, or safety concerns to management.
-   Perform additional duties and assist other team members as assigned.

### Job Requirements:

-   High School Diploma or GED required.
-   Ability to lift and move up to 65 pounds on a regular basis.
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
-   Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
-   Ability to work independently while also working effectively as part of a team.
-   Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are required.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
-   Must be dependable and willing to learn new processes and equipment.
-   Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
-   Must be willing to work the assigned shift and perform physical duties throughout the workday.
