## Description

**Enclave Real Estate** is expanding its Dubai team and looking for an experienced **Senior Secondary Property Consultant** to join our growing operation.

We are looking for an established real estate professional with a strong track record in **Dubai's secondary/resale market**, an existing understanding of the market and the ability to manage high-value clients and transactions independently.

**Dubai-based candidates only. Proven Dubai/UAE real estate experience is required.**

## Requirements

-   **2+ years of experience** in Dubai/UAE real estate
-   Strong track record in **secondary/resale property sales**
-   Proven ability to manage high-value buyers, sellers and investors
-   Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing and market trends
-   Established client network and/or proven ability to generate business
-   Strong negotiation and closing skills
-   Proven sales performance
-   Ability to manage transactions independently from lead to closing
-   Valid UAE driving license
-   Strong communication and relationship-management skills
