## Description

### Must-Have Skills

-   Strong hands-on experience in **Python** development.
-   Experience in **Full Stack Development** (Frontend + Backend).
-   Excellent **SQL** skills with the ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, and troubleshoot database issues.
-   Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
-   Hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies such as **React, Angular, or Vue.js**.
-   Good understanding of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
-   Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
-   Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

### Banking Domain Experience

-   Proven experience working on **Banking or Financial Services** applications.
-   Familiarity with banking processes, regulatory requirements, and enterprise application development.

### Preferred Skills

-   Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
-   Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments.
-   Exposure to DevOps practices
