This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about real estate and committed to providing exceptional service to Dutch-speaking clients while helping them navigate their property-related inquiries.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries related to real estate listings and services.
-   Assist clients with property searches, providing detailed information and answering questions about available listings.
-   Support customers in the buying, selling, or rental processes, ensuring they receive comprehensive guidance throughout their journey.
-   Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, working diligently to find satisfactory resolutions.
-   Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, property regulations, and the company's offerings.
-   Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
-   Collaborate with sales and property management teams to resolve client issues effectively.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the real estate or property management sector.
-   Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus.
-   Strong problem-solving capabilities and an ability to work under pressure.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
-   A keen interest in real estate and a desire to assist clients in their property journeys.
