## Description

We are seeking driven and goal-oriented individuals to join our sales team as Life Planners. The role involves driving business growth by offering innovative and personalized insurance solutions, building long-term client relationships, and helping individuals and families secure their financial future.

Key Responsibilities

\* Drive business growth through effective and innovative sales strategies

\* Prospect for new clients and develop a strong customer base

\* Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships

\* Provide tailored life insurance and financial protection solutions that meet clients’ needs

\* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups professionally

\* Achieve and exceed assigned sales budgets.

\* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

\* Uphold company values, ethics, and regulatory standards at all times

## Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

\* Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.)

(Must have finished NYSC)

\* Strong passion for relationship building

\* Good communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills

\* Sales experience is an added advantage (but not compulsory)

\* Self motivated target-driven, and result-oriented

\* Willingness to learn and grow in a performance-based environment
