**Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C** is looking for an experienced, energetic, and results-driven **General Manager** to lead our growing specialty coffee, Food & Beverage, customer service, and hospitality operations.

### 👤 Candidate Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with:

-   More than **15 years of relevant experience** in Specialty Coffee, F&B, Customer Service, or Hospitality.
-   Strong knowledge of the **specialty coffee and F&B industry**.
-   Proven experience managing **multiple branches and overall company operations**.
-   Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
-   Strong understanding of customer service and hospitality standards.
-   Ability to manage daily operations and ensure all branches run **smoothly and efficiently**.
-   Strong sales and business development skills.
-   Proven ability to **increase sales, improve profitability, and achieve business targets**.
-   Ability to identify and develop **new business opportunities**.
-   Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
-   A hands-on, professional, and results-oriented approach.
