**Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)**

**Location:** Montana  
**Setting:** Remote/Telehealth  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a Montana-licensed LCSW to provide remote mental health services in a full-time telehealth role. You will work with clients who need professional support for emotional challenges, behavioral concerns, stress, trauma, life transitions, and other issues that affect day-to-day functioning. Through assessment, therapy, and treatment planning, you will help clients create practical steps toward healthier routines, better coping skills, and stronger overall well-being.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
-   Assess client history, symptoms, support systems, and treatment goals
-   Develop treatment plans and update them as care progresses
-   Support clients with mental health concerns and daily life stressors
-   Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
-   Maintain privacy, ethical standards, and professional boundaries

## Requirements

-   Active Montana LCSW license required
-   Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
-   Experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
-   Strong communication and documentation skills
-   Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
-   Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
