### About the Role:

​As an Office/HR Admin, you will be responsible for coordinating office activities and operations while providing clerical, administrative, and Human Resources support.

### What will you be doing day to day?

-   Daily administrative duties, composes and responds to professional correspondence, generates shipping labels, schedules/drop off packages, and maintains office supplies inventory.
-   Opens and routes incoming mail; distributes correspondence and other material to relevant personnel in a timely manner.
-   Supports human resources processes, completes new employee onboarding/conducts orientations, compiles and updates employee records, processes documentation, and prepares reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc).
-   Maintains records, documentation, and files; particularly sensitive files such as employee records.
-   Responds to employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, regulations, benefits, & policies. 
-   Assists with terminations and return of company assets.
-   Responds to invoice payments and open invoices, assists with booking meetings, events, travel, and volunteer work.
-   Coordinates check deposits, check payments, signature requests and approvals  in a timely manner.
-   Coordinates printing, signatures and shipment of RFPs in conjunction with the proposals management team.
-   Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollments, audits/reconciliations, organization-wide initiatives.
-   Maintain inventory of supplies such as office, kitchen, swag, equipment, etc. 
-   Responsible for Loyalty Laptop Program
-   Coordinates HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.), prepares agendas, and takes notes.
-   Performs other related duties as assigned.

## Requirements

### Your Experience:

-   High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred.
-   At least two years of administrative and clerical experience is required.
-   Notary preferred, must acquire upon hire.
-   Human Resources experience/familiarity with multistate HR Laws and Regulations preferred.

### Your Skills:

-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-   Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-   Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
-   Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
-   Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or related software.
-   Experience/general knowledge of payroll, HRIS, and talent management systems preferred.
-   Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for outside office activities (i.e. Shipping, Pick-ups/Deliveries).

## Benefits

The estimated base salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000. The salary range provided is an estimate. Actual compensation may vary depending on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience
