## Description

Eram Talent is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Field Operator to join our team within the Water treatment plant . As a Field Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operations of various equipment in the field.

Your responsibilities will include:

-   Operating and monitoring field equipment, including pumps, compressors, and valves.
-   Conducting regular maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability.
-   Diagnosing and addressing operational issues as they arise.
-   Adhering to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
-   Documenting and reporting any equipment failures or safety concerns.
-   Collaborating with team members to maximize production efficiency and minimize downtime.

## Requirements

-   Diploma or equivalent is required.
-   Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Field Operator or in a similar position.
-   Experience in chemical plant or sea water pump station or wastewater treatment plant etc
-   Strong technical and mechanical skills for troubleshooting and maintenance.
-   Ability to work independently and make timely decisions under pressure.
-   Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
-   Willingness to work shifts and travel as needed.
