But what really sets us apart is our people.

We’re a supportive, customer‑focused team that works together to deliver great outcomes for our customers and for each other. We create an environment where people feel encouraged to grow, develop their skills and do their best work.

If you’re looking for a workplace that supports your development and creates an inclusive, collaborative environment, you’ll feel right at home at FleetPartners.

**THE ROLE**

As a Novated Relationship Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of employer clients, building strong relationships and helping them get the most value from FleetPartners' novated leasing solutions.

Working closely with key stakeholders, you'll drive employee engagement, identify opportunities to grow participation, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. You'll take a consultative approach, becoming a trusted advisor to your clients while identifying opportunities to expand relationships and support broader business growth.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

- Grow and retain employer partnerships by delivering engagement plans, employee education sessions, promotional activities and proactive account management to increase awareness, participation and customer satisfaction.
- Manage account performance by developing account plans, identifying growth opportunities, supporting contract renewals, resolving issues and mitigating risks to ensure long-term customer success.
- Maintain expert knowledge of novated leasing, salary packaging and FBT to provide informed advice, while identifying opportunities to introduce additional FleetPartners products and services.
- Keep accurate customer records and account plans in Salesforce, ensuring all activities are completed in line with FleetPartners' policies, compliance requirements and agreed ways of working.

**ABOUT YOU**

You're a confident and engaging relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people and making complex information easy to understand. Whether you're presenting to a room of employees, meeting with senior stakeholders or delivering a virtual information session, you're comfortable educating others, building trust and creating meaningful customer experiences.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, Business Development or a similar customer-facing role, with a proven ability to drive customer engagement, retention and growth
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual education sessions.
- The ability to explain complex information in a simple, relatable and easy-to-understand way.
- A consultative approach with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills, with experience managing multiple customer accounts and priorities.
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM, along with Microsoft 365.
- Experience in novated leasing, salary packaging, fleet management or financial services is advantageous, but not essential.

We offer more than just a role:

- 27 days of annual leave per year.
