## Description

HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for a dedicated **Cost Control** professional to manage and monitor project costs effectively across various construction projects. The role entails ensuring accurate cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting to support project financial health and successful delivery.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor project expenditures and prepare detailed cost reports.
-   Develop and maintain cost control systems and procedures.
-   Prepare cost forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
-   Work closely with project managers and finance teams to ensure budget adherence.
-   Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist in risk mitigation related to project costs.
-   Support contract administration and change management processes with accurate cost data.
-   Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
-   Minimum 12 years of experience in cost control within construction or engineering sectors.
-   Proficiency in cost control software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-   Strong analytical and numerical skills.
-   Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
-   Good communication and coordination skills.
-   Knowledge of Saudi Arabian construction industry standards is an advantage.
