## Description

Oikonomakis Law, a well-established law firm with a demanding and high-profile clientele, is seeking to expand its team in France, with:

Qualified Lawyers with a strong academic and professional background, excellent judgment, and the ability to work independently and responsibly. We are looking for a talented and ambitious Associate Lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience to join our growing team in Paris. The ideal candidate will support international and domestic clients, working on a wide range of legal matters in a dynamic and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

-   Provide legal advice and support on \[corporate/commercial/litigation – general practice\] matters
-   Draft and review contracts and legal documents
-   Conduct legal research and prepare opinions
-   Collaborate with international teams on cross-border projects

## Requirements

-   Qualified French avocat with a CAPA or equivalent license
-   Minimum 5 years’ experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
-   Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
-   Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
-   Client-focused, proactive, and team-oriented
