As a French-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding support to French-speaking players, ensuring an exceptional and smooth gaming experience. You will join a dynamic, collaborative team focused on player satisfaction and community engagement.

### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Respond to player inquiries in French via multiple channels such as chat, email, and social media.
-   Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues efficiently and empathetically.
-   Collect and communicate player feedback to relevant teams to help improve game features and support services.
-   Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support requests.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance support workflows and overall player experience.
-   Contribute to the creation and update of support documentation and knowledge base articles.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French is required; proficiency in English is preferred. Please clearly state your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter).
-   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and empathetic approach when interacting with players.
-   Passion for gaming and familiarity with mobile games is a plus.
-   Eligibility and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
