We're looking for a **Junior Recruitment Consultant (Global)** to join our team and grow together.

 📍**Based in Jing'an, Shanghai | Full-Time Position**

**Your Mission:**

-    Own the end-to-end recruitment journey—from sourcing to placement—with quality and care
-    Advise international clients on smart, strategic hiring decisions
-    Build trust-based relationships that go beyond a single placement
-   Spot opportunities and design talent solutions that truly fit
-   Keep your finger on the pulse of the market to guide clients with confidence

**You're a Great Fit If You Have:**

-    1–3 years in recruiting, headhunting, or B2B sales (internships count!)
-    Fluency in English + Korean or Mandarin
-    A natural ability to connect, influence, and build rapport with people at every level
-    A strategic brain and a driver's mentality—you don't wait for things to happen, you make them happen
-    Team spirit and the resilience to thrive in a fast-moving, target-focused environment
