**What we’re looking for…**

As the Corporate Systems Lead, you will act as the internal authority on Oracle Fusion configuration, ensuring our corporate systems estate is well-governed, reliable, and aligned with enterprise processes. We are looking for a deep Oracle technical specialist to oversee our Financials, Source to Pay, and HCM modules. In this role, you will bridge the gap between process architecture and system execution, managing configuration roadmaps, governing data quality, and serving as a critical knowledge source for our ongoing ERP modernisation agenda.

**Your responsibilities will include…**

- **Govern Oracle Financials:** Own configuration standards for GL, AP, AR, and FA modules under strict change governance.
- **Manage Oracle HCM:** Maintain HRIS configurations across core HR, payroll, and talent management to safeguard data and payroll integrity.
- **Optimise Source to Pay:** Oversee procurement, supplier onboarding, and invoice workflows to align with policy and financial controls.
- **Partner on Process Architecture:** Translate business process designs into native Oracle configurations while highlighting system constraints.
- **Drive ERP Modernisation:** Maintain configuration documentation, map module interdependencies, and track technical debt for future migrations.
- **Provide MSP Quality Assurance:** Review and QA Oracle configuration deliverables produced by our managed service partners, ensuring compliance with AG Barr standards.
- **Maintain Configuration Governance:** Own the corporate Oracle configuration framework, ensuring an authoritative record is kept and preventing undocumented changes or 'configuration drift' in live production.

**What you’ll bring...**

**The successful candidate will have:**

- **Deep Oracle Fusion expertise** configuring and governing at least two core corporate modules (Financials, Source to Pay, or HCM).
- **Cross-module systems knowledge** regarding interdependencies and configuration controls within a shared Oracle environment.
- **Process-to-configuration literacy** to seamlessly translate finance, procurement, and HR designs into technical system settings.
- **Change and release governance experience** applying testing and release disciplines in a financially audited and payroll-sensitive environment.
- **Technical communication skills** to explain complex Oracle constraints and risks clearly to non-technical business leadership.

- **Managed service QA experience** auditing configuration work delivered by external partners.
- **Data governance familiarity** regarding the technical factors affecting data quality and completeness across corporate domains.

**What we offer…**

We believe in creating a diverse and inclusive culture where your voice can be heard.  Our skilled, loyal and committed people are critical to the future success of AG Barr which is why we are continually investing in our employees to develop their talent.
