### Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries related to oil and gas products, services, and account management.
-   Handle customer complaints effectively and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and provide timely solutions.
-   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry regulations.
-   Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records for reporting purposes.
-   Support the sales team by providing insights from customer feedback to enhance service offerings.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the energy, oil, or gas sectors.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-   Detail-oriented with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-   A proactive attitude, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
