## Description

The Senior Design Manager at JASARA PMC plays a crucial role in steering architectural design projects for various asset types. This position requires overseeing a dedicated design team and ensuring that all design work aligns with project objectives and quality standards. The Senior Design Manager will facilitate communication among stakeholders and must utilize a strategic approach to deliver imaginative and effective design solutions.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities:**

· Manage architectural design projects, ensuring adherence to scope and schedule.

· Lead quality assurance protocols and maintain communication with stakeholders.

· Review and refine architectural design processes and outputs, ensuring compliance with project briefs.

· Oversee a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and fostering creative development.

· Ensure integration of various design packages while promoting safety in design practices.

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create high-quality architectural solutions.

**Qualifications:**

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

· Extensive experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in mixed-use developments.

· Proficient with design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.

· Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.

· Proven track record in managing complex design projects from inception to completion.

· Familiarity with sustainability principles in design and construction.

**Desired Skills:**

· Experience in Hidden Marina projects is a plus.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
