## Description

You will join a collaborative design team consisting of a Senior UI Designer and a UX Designer, playing a key role in improving and further developing the existing Figma environment.

The primary focus of the role is to ensure that the design library accurately reflects the solution currently in production. By maintaining a consistent and well-structured design system, you will help improve efficiency, reduce misunderstandings, and strengthen collaboration between design and development teams.

You will work closely with multiple product teams, UI/UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders. The role is primarily **onsite**, with a strong emphasis on close collaboration and day-to-day interaction with the wider team.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Review, clean up, organize, and structure the existing Figma library.
-   Maintain, enhance, and further develop the organization’s design system.
-   Ensure that components, patterns, and design elements accurately reflect the current production solution.
-   Work closely with UI, UX, and product teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience.
-   Support efficient design workflows, component management, and design system governance.
-   Strengthen collaboration and alignment between design and development teams.
-   Help establish consistency and clarity across products and design deliverables.

### Required Qualifications

-   Strong hands-on experience with **Figma** and in-depth knowledge of its capabilities.
-   Solid experience working with **design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI components**.
-   Professional experience in **UI design for digital products**.
-   Experience working effectively within **multidisciplinary teams**.
-   Highly structured, detail-oriented approach with a strong eye for visual consistency.
-   Strong collaboration and communication skills, particularly when working with designers, developers, and product stakeholders.
-   Experience using **AI tools such as Claude, Sigma, or similar solutions** is considered an advantage.
