**Location:** Reno, NV (960 Matley Lane)  
**Schedule:** Full-Time  
**Pay Rate:** $35 – $45 per hour  
**Employment Type:** Full-Time

In this role, you will solve real-world plumbing problems, install essential systems, and provide the honest, high-quality service our customers rely on every day.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in residential and commercial settings
-   Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations of plumbing systems and fixtures
-   Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety standards
-   Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues and solutions
-   Document completed work and update job details accurately
-   Manage van inventory and maintain tools/equipment
-   Coordinate with dispatch regarding job progress and scheduling

## Requirements

**Must Have:**

-   Proven experience as a plumber (residential and commercial)
-   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-   Ability to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems to code
-   Solid work ethic and ability to work independently or within a team
-   Clear and professional communication skills with customers
-   Clean driving record

**Nice to Have:**

-   Plumbing certifications or specialized training
-   Familiarity with Reno area and local building codes
-   Experience with service/job tracking software
