## Description

Apt Resources is a renowned international recruitment agency and are looking for staff for a client that operates multiple award-winning restaurants in Dubai. We are currently seeking experienced and talented Senior Waitresses to join their team for their outlets.

As a Senior Waitress at their award-winning restaurants, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to their guests and ensuring that their dining experience is memorable. Your responsibilities will include:

-   Working closely with the kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure smooth operations
-   Conducting regular training sessions for the assigned team to maintain high standards
-   Monitoring duty schedules for the team
-   Ensuring the proper appearance and grooming of assigned employees
-   Setting up the outlet according to meal settings and opening hours
-   Welcoming guests and assisting with seating
-   Maintaining a professional and friendly relationship with guests to enhance their experience
-   Being knowledgeable about the menu, promotions, and other relevant information
-   Contributing to meeting and exceeding the monthly revenue budget for the outlet

## Requirements

-   Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field
-   Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
-   Fluency in written and spoken English
-   Familiarity with POS systems is desirable
-   Previous experience in leadership or supervisory roles is preferred
