Mercier Consultancy is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a **German-speaking Labelling Specialist** based in **Bulgaria**. This role is ideal for German-speaking professionals with a keen eye for detail who are passionate about online safety and technology. As a Labelling Specialist, you will review and accurately label user-generated content on our client's platform, helping to train machine learning models to detect harmful content and improve platform safety. Your work will play a vital role in creating safer digital communities while contributing to the development of advanced AI technologies.

A typical day:

-   Review text content and determine if words and phrases comply with the Client's Community Guidelines
-   Add meaningful and informative labels to help train machine learning models
-   Identify and categorize inappropriate content to protect the gaming community
-   Recognize trends and patterns in user-generated content and gaming culture
-   Collaborate with your team to improve labeling processes and efficiency
-   Escalate issues and communicate findings to appropriate supervisors

## Requirements

-   Fluency in **German** and a good command of **English**
-   Familiarity with online communities and gaming culture
-   Understanding of online slang, chat abbreviations, and bypass spellings
-   Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
-   Empathy and commitment to community safety
-   Desire to protect players and create positive gaming environments
-   Ability to work constructively with feedback
