ERG Media is a luxury publishing and creative agency producing premium automotive and lifestyle content for some of the world's most prestigious brands. We specialise in high-quality coffee table book publishing and creative campaigns that demand exceptional production standards.

**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced Print Production Manager to take ownership of our print supply chain and deliver world-class publications for our clients. This is a senior position requiring someone who can manage complex international print projects from specification through to final delivery. The role will be predominantly remote with a requirement to travel for press checks and visit our Milan office from time to time.

**Responsibilities**

-   Manage relationships with print partners across Europe and China, acting as the primary point of contact for all production matters
-   Collaborate with the design team to translate creative concepts into detailed print specifications, ensuring designs are optimised for production
-   Negotiate commercial terms, production schedules, and quality standards with print suppliers
-   Set up and manage print projects from initial briefing through to delivery, maintaining clear timelines and quality benchmarks
-   Conduct on-site press checks at print facilities to ensure colour accuracy, material quality, and finishing standards meet our exacting requirements
-   Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality
-   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of printing technologies, paper stocks, and finishing techniques

## Requirements

**Requirements**

-   Significant experience in print production management, preferably within publishing or luxury brand environments
-   Strong technical knowledge of print processes, paper specifications, binding techniques, and colour management
-   Proven track record of managing international supplier relationships
-   Excellent negotiation skills with demonstrable experience securing favourable commercial terms
-   Ability to travel internationally for press checks and supplier meetings
-   Based in Europe with flexibility to travel to our Milan office
-   Fluent in English; additional European languages advantageous

**Desirable**

-   Previous experience working with major corporate clients on high-profile projects
-   Familiarity with automotive or luxury brand production standards
-   Experience managing print production in both European and Asian markets
