## Description

One Park Dominicana ("OPD") is looking for an HR Manager to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate is well organized, service oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating people leadership, employee relations, compliance focus, data accuracy, reporting. This role requires sound judgment, confidentiality, attention to detail, and strong follow-through when supporting employees, leaders, vendors, and internal business partners. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

•    Lead and coordinate onboarding processes, new hire file audits, contract-signature follow-up, and employee lifecycle activities for assigned sites. 

•    Coordinate and oversee, among Health Specialist, Health Fairs and related activities 

•    Provide oversight, direction, and quality control for HR Generalist tasks and assigned HR support work. 

•    Review Communications, prepare or approve promotion announcements, and ensure employee status changes are processed accurately. 

•    Manage termination processes, conduct or oversee exit interviews, and ensure proper documentation and coordination with Payroll, Security, IT, and leadership. 

•    Review employee warnings, disciplinary documentation, QA alerts, and sensitive employee matters before final action or escalation. 

•    Investigate Hotline cases assigned by leadership and prepare findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions. 

•    Manage HR WhatsApp group communications and ensure employee inquiries are addressed through appropriate channels. 

•    Attend Health and Safety meetings, review cases, and ensure related follow-up is completed. 

•    Review health insurance invoices, conduct SISALRIL audits, and oversee medical license and health report updates. 

•    Update DRP roster information and manage IDOPRIL notifications in coordination with HR and site leaders. 

•    Ensure employee letters, medical leave records, benefits changes, and compliance documentation are accurate and complete. 

•    Manage vacation reports, including accrued and expired vacation balances, and ensure approved vacation information is submitted for payroll processing. 

•    Manage and process employee allowances and other approved employee payments or deductions in coordination with Payroll. 

•    Process status changes and submit accurate, approved employee data to Payroll by established deadlines. 

•    Review HR data for accuracy before submission to Payroll, Finance, or leadership. 

•    Plan and execute monthly HR, wellness, and health activities aligned with approved budgets and business needs. 

•    Coordinate birthday and anniversary slides for the Dominican Republic and Mexico and oversee anniversary certificates or related recognitions. 

•    Prepare and manage the monthly budget for HR activities and manage Uber vouchers for HR-related needs. 

•    Compile company meeting data for the Dominican Republic site and support employee engagement communications. 

•    Prepare HR monthly reports and quarterly dashboards with accurate insights, trends, and recommendations. 

•    Review and audit cafeteria reports, transportation controls, and other HR-related operational reports as assigned. 

•    Monitor deliverables, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements to the Nearshore Support Services Director. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

•    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field required; HR certification preferred. 

•    At least 5 years of HR operations, employee relations, compliance, benefits, or HR management experience preferred. 

•    Knowledge of Dominican labor processes, SISALRIL, Ministry of Labor requirements, employee documentation, and HR reporting preferred. 

•    Experience supervising or overseeing HR support roles and coordinating with Payroll, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations. 

•    Strong English and Spanish communication skills preferred. 

•    Advanced organization, confidentiality, judgment, data accuracy, and escalation skills.
