Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is delighted to announce an exclusive opportunity for a \*\*Czech-Speaking Roadside Assistance Representative\*\* for Mercedes-Benz, with the convenience of working from home in beautiful Greece! If you are fluent in Czech and have a passion for helping others, this role is perfect for you. As a Roadside Assistance Representative, you will provide exceptional support to Czech-speaking customers who encounter vehicle issues. You will play a crucial role in ensuring their safety and satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective assistance.

  

### Your Responsibilities

-   Assist Czech-speaking customers with roadside assistance requests, ensuring a high level of customer care.
-   Determine the nature of the issue and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as needed.
-   Document and manage all calls and customer interactions accurately.
-   Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
-   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Mercedes-Benz services and products to provide accurate information.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential. You must ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated on your application.
-   Strong passion for customer service and a proactive attitude in helping others.
-   Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus but not required.
-   Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
-   Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
-   Comfortable with technology and various communication tools.
