## Description

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented **Building Inspector** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting building inspections, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and requirements, and effectively communicating inspection findings to relevant stakeholders.

### Minimum Job Requirements

-   Minimum **3 years of relevant professional experience**.
-   **Associate Degree** in **Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering**.
-   Previous experience in **building inspection** is preferred.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to prepare clear inspection findings and communicate technical information effectively.
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.

### Preferred Field of Study

-   **Civil Engineering (**_Associate Degree)_
-   **Mechanical Engineering** _Associate Degree)_

_Note: Associate Degree level only._

### Required Work Experience

-   Minimum **3 years of relevant experience**.
-   Experience in **building inspection** is preferred.

-   Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-   Good observation and analytical abilities.
-   Strong attention to detail.
-   Ability to identify and report building-related issues and non-compliance.
-   Ability to work effectively with contractors, engineers, project teams, and other stakeholders.
