As a Swedish Speaking End User Support Specialist, you will be tasked with assisting Swedish-speaking clients by addressing their technical queries and ensuring effective solutions.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional support to end users in Swedish via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues related to hardware, software, and network functionality.
-   Guide users on effectively utilizing different applications and systems.
-   Document all support interactions and outcomes in the ticketing system for accurate record-keeping.
-   Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex problems and recommend enhancements for support processes.
-   Conduct follow-ups with users to guarantee the resolution of their issues and satisfaction with the support received.
-   Stay informed on new technologies and updates to continuously improve service delivery.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Swedish and English is essential, with excellent communication skills in both written and spoken formats.
-   Experience in end user support or a similar customer service role is highly advantageous.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address technical issues effectively.
-   Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and a positive user experience.
-   Familiarity with support ticketing systems and remote support tools is beneficial.
-   Able to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
