**Job Description:** We're seeking a passionate, experienced Behavior Technician to join our team! In this role, you'll work closely with children and families, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. You'll play a vital role in implementing behavior-based treatment plans, educating parents, and conducting data collection. **Job Type:** Part-Time (20-25 hours)  
**Salary:** _**$24.00 - $28.00 per hour**_  
**Schedule:** _**Monday thru Friday 2:30pm-6:30pm & every other Sunday, 1pm-5pm**_

**Work Location:** In-Person / Client Home/Daycare - Rocky Mount, NC

**Responsibilities:**

-   Work effectively with children
-   Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Clinical Director
-   Conduct comprehensive data collection and maintain session reports
-   Implement behavior-based treatment plans
-   Educate parents on classroom support techniques
-   Ensure safety and quality care for clients
-   Establish professional relationships with parents, colleagues, and community resources
-   Maintain training materials and supplies
-   Advocate for children and families, facilitating referrals to community resources

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
-   Experience with children is preferred
-   Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
-   Ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly
-   Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
-   CPR/First Aid certification preferred
-   Professional childcare experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders is required
-   Registered Behavior Technician certification is preferred
