## Description

Clearsite Industrial Services is searching for an Operations Manager to join fast-paced, growing vacuum excavation business.

Reporting to the Vice President, the position will be responsible for coordinating, dispatching and monitoring of units.

### Specific Duties

-   Scheduling projects daily
-   Dispatching units daily
-   Reviewing operator’s daily activities – DVIR, FLRA, DTR Tickets
-   Ensuring that maintenance policies and procedures are followed
-   Review reports from the GPS system
-   Additional duties as assigned

## Requirements

-   Experience in a field service-based operation required.
-   Basic computer proficiency required.
-   1-2 years Dispatch experience preferred.
-   Fleet maintenance coordination experience preferred.
-   Experience in hydrovac or vacuum excavation operations preferred.
-   The person in this position must have the ability to coordinate well with field crews, operators or drivers, maintenance teams, and leadership.
-   Experience managing operational documentation, including DVIR, FLRA, and DTR tickets preferred.
-   Experience reviewing GPS reports preferred.
-   Experience with fleet management software is a plus.
-   Eligible to work in the United States required.

-   Potential to work occasional nights and weekends required.
