### Responsibilities

-   Assist French-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries and providing expert advice on the digital store offerings.
-   Acquire comprehensive knowledge of products and services to effectively meet customer needs.
-   Conduct training sessions for customers on how to navigate and leverage digital store platforms.
-   Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement.
-   Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving the digital shopping experience.
-   Stay informed about the latest trends in e-commerce and digital retail to provide informed recommendations.
-   Efficiently resolve customer issues or complaints related to their digital store experience.

## Requirements

-   Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, sales, or consulting, preferably within the e-commerce or digital retail field.
-   Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools used in online retail.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on a customer-centric approach.
-   Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
-   Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
