## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Consultant Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in managing musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional conditions, with a focus on improving patients’ mobility, independence, and quality of life.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assess and manage patients with physical disabilities, musculoskeletal disorders, and neurological conditions.
-   Develop individualized rehabilitation and recovery plans.
-   Manage patients recovering from stroke, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and other neurological conditions.
-   Evaluate and treat chronic pain and musculoskeletal disorders.
-   Provide non-surgical management of sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.
-   Perform appropriate musculoskeletal injections and other rehabilitation procedures.
-   Coordinate multidisciplinary rehabilitation programs with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other specialists.
-   Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
-   Counsel patients and families regarding rehabilitation goals, treatment options, and long-term care.
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MD/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification in **Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation**.
-   Significant post-specialization experience at Consultant level.
-   Strong expertise in neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
-   Experience in pain management and rehabilitation procedures is an advantage.
-   Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
