**About the Role:**  
We are seeking a highly experienced **Contract Bookkeeper** to support our financial operations. This role is ideal for someone with **10+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience** and **expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online**. You’ll be responsible for core bookkeeping tasks and ensuring accurate financial records.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
-   Maintain and update QuickBooks Online records
-   Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closings
-   Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

## Requirements

-   Minimum **5 years of bookkeeping experience**
-   **Expertise in QuickBooks Online**
-   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-   Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-   Must be legally authorized to work in the **United States**
