## Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven **Marketing Lead**, develop effective marketing strategies, and strengthen brand awareness and market presence. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking, leadership skills, and hands-on experience across digital and traditional marketing.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
-   **5+ years of experience in marketing**, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
-   Strong experience in digital marketing, social media, content, and campaign management.
-   Strong understanding of branding, market research, and customer engagement.
-   Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-   Strong leadership and team management abilities.
-   Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools.
