## Description

With a strong commitment to advancing fibre optic infrastructure and digital connectivity, we collaborate on major national projects, **including FTTH deployments and PPC initiatives.**

**We are looking for a Key Account Manager to support our telecom infrastructure projects in Greece, focusing on local Telecom activities.**

You will manage key customer relationships and coordinate project delivery with major telecom operators.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   **Manage and develop key accounts in telecom infrastructure projects**
-   **Act as main point of contact for customers in Greece**
-   **Follow up on bidding processes (RFP/RFQ) and prepare commercial proposals**
-   **Coordinate with internal engineering and delivery teams for project execution**
-   **Monitor project progress, contract compliance, and customer satisfaction**
-   **Identify new business opportunities in telecom construction and services**
-   **Support contract negotiation and commercial discussions**

## Requirements

-   **Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronics, Engineering, or related field**
-   **2+ years of experience in telecom industry / ICT / FTTH / infrastructure sales**
-   **Familiar with telecom operators such as OTE, NOVA, Vodafone etc**
-   **Strong communication and negotiation skills**
-   **Experience in bidding / tender processes is a plus**
-   **Fluent in English**
-   **Ability to work in a project-driven, multi-stakeholder environment**

**Preferred:**

-   **Experience in FTTH rollout / fiber deployment projects**
-   **Familiarity with EPC / subcontracting delivery models**
-   **Existing network in Greek telecom industry**
-   **Technical understanding of optical fiber / telecom construction projects**
