## Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Provide excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
-   Promote and sell mooncakes and other festive products, while making suitable product recommendations based on customer needs.
-   Perform stock replenishment and conduct regular inventory checks to ensure product availability.
-   Maintain kiosk cleanliness, organization, and attractive product displays at all times.
-   Assist with kiosk set-up, daily opening activities, and closing procedures.
-   Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
-   Support sales targets and contribute to achieving overall kiosk performance goals.

## Requirements

-   Warm and hospitable, preferably with relevant experience
-   Able to commit during the Festival Period (Mid August to Mid September)
-   Able to lift and carry heavy boxes
