### **About the Company**

Advanced NanoTherapies (ANT), a portfolio company of T45 Labs, is a medical device company developing next generation Drug-Coated Balloon (DCB) technology to provide a stent-free treatment option for patients with both coronary and peripheral artery disease.

We are seeking a Field Clinical Engineer to support physicians and cath lab teams across Europe during interventional cardiology procedures in our pivotal clinical trial.

This is a clinically focused field role working directly with physicians during procedures, providing training and education to hospital teams, and collaborating with internal clinical and R&D teams to ensure successful clinical use of the device.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Provide on-site clinical support to physicians and cath lab teams during Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) procedures.
-   Train physicians, nurses, and cath lab staff on proper ANT and associated ancillary devices and procedural workflow.
-   Serve as a clinical and technical resource to physicians and hospital teams.
-   Support physician education and product demonstration activities.
-   Work closely with clinical teams and R&D to communicate physician feedback and contribute to product improvements.
-   Assist with clinical programs, data collection, and post-market clinical activities in accordance with EU MDR requirements.
-   Travel to hospitals across Europe to support procedures and physician training.

### **Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, life sciences, cardiovascular technology, nursing, or a related clinical or technical field.
-   Advanced clinical or medical training preferred, including MD, DO, or equivalent, particularly in interventional cardiology, cardiovascular medicine, electrophysiology, structural heart, or related cardiovascular specialties.
-    5+ years of relevant experience in interventional cardiology, cath lab environments, or cardiovascular medical devices.
-   Clinical proficiency supporting interventional cardiology procedures within the cardiac catheterization laboratory is strongly preferred.
-   Deep technical and clinical knowledge of Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI) and Drug-Eluting Stents (DES), with hands-on experience supporting Drug-Coated Balloon (DCB) procedures, specifically lesion preparation.
-   Experience supporting cardiovascular catheter-based technologies and imaging systems, including IVUS and OCT is required.
-   Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with physicians and hospital teams.  
    Ability to work independently in a field-based role while collaborating with distributed internal teams.
-   Fluency in English required; additional European languages are highly preferred.
-   Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (approximately 60-80%).
-   Candidates must have authorization to work within the European Union.

### **Location and Compensation**

Flexible within European Union. Candidates should be located within reasonable travel distance of a major international airport to support travel to clinical sites across Europe.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is €100,000 – €136,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors. ANT is committed to fair and equitable pay practices. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include bonus opportunities, equity and benefits, in accordance with applicable laws and employment practices in the country where the employee is hired.
