We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated **Business Developer** with a strong focus on client acquisition to join our dynamic team. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and acquire new clients, driving the growth of our business. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and implementing effective marketing initiatives and tactics.

### **Responsibilities:**

-   Build and develop relationships with potential Clients and Partners who may have clients interested in trading multi-asset products such as Gold, Oil, FX/CFD, and Cryptocurrencies.
-   On-board IB’s and help them increase accounts, deposits, and revenues.
-   Identify and target known Money Managers and IB’s in the African Region.
-   Organically build a book of business through relationships in and outside the market targeting potential IB’s from multiple industries.
-   Determine customers' trading needs and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs.
-   Cross-sell retail clients who meet the IB threshold to grow their business and walk them through the client growth life cycle.
-   Stay up to date on market news and trends in FX, Commodities, Stocks, and Indices.
-   Advise on trading strategies, options, and risk management strategies.
-   Develop and implement comprehensive client acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and target market
-   Identify new client segments, define target audience profiles, and create tailored campaigns and initiatives to attract and acquire new clients
-   Implement lead generation strategies to capture and nurture prospects through online and offline activities including Event, Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, IB partnership
-   Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the reach and acquire new clients
-   Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, evaluate market positioning, and refine acquisition strategies accordingly.
-   Incorporating creativity into acquisition strategies to capture attention, differentiate the brand

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Business Developer, Growth Marketer, Acquisition Marketer, or similar role, with a focus on client acquisition in the African region.
-   minimum 4 plus years of extensive experience in **Forex / CFD brokerage sales environments**

-   Strong understanding of **FX, commodities, indices, and equity markets**
-   A **hunter mindset,** you chase targets, not titles
-   Excellent communication and negotiation skills across cultures and regions
-   Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution

-   Financial markets knowledge in FX, Stocks, Commodities
-   Technical and Fundamental analysis
