**Qualifications:**

-   Completed 2nd year College and up
-   At least 1 year BPO Experience
-   License 6 or 7 is required
-   Strong English communication skills

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Active FINRA Series 6 license and solid understanding of investment and insurance products.
-   Knowledge of financial services, banking, or insurance operations and familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
-   Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills for handling client interactions and complex inquiries.
-   Attention to detail and organizational skills for processing transactions, documentation, and account reviews accurately.
