### Weekend Pediatric Caregiver | Columbia, MO

**Make Weekends Meaningful**

Phoenix Home Care is looking for a compassionate and dependable caregiver to provide one-on-one support for a school-age pediatric client on weekends. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants a consistent weekend schedule while making a meaningful difference for a child and their family.

You'll provide hands-on support, encouragement, and companionship while helping create a safe, structured, and positive home environment.

### Schedule

-   Saturday & Sunday
-   8:00 AM-4:00 PM

### Pay

-   $17/hour
-   Weekly pay
-   Weekend shift differential paid for all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday

### What You'll Do

-   Assist with daily routines
-   Provide direct support and supervision
-   Encourage positive interaction and engagement
-   Assist with daily living activities as needed
-   Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive home environment

### Qualifications

-   Must be at least 18 years old
-   Valid driver's license
-   Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
-   Direct support or caregiving experience preferred
-   Experience working with children with autism is a plus
-   Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
-   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
-   Ability to pass a background check and drug test
