## Description

JASARA PMC is seeking a motivated Reporting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and distributing reports that support effective project management and decision-making. You will work closely with various teams to gather necessary data, interpret findings, and present insights in a clear and concise manner. Your expertise will ensure that our projects are monitored effectively and that key stakeholders have access to critical information.

As a Reporting Specialist at JASARA PMC, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the transparency and accountability of our projects, contributing to the overall success of our initiatives in Saudi Arabia.

### Responsibilities

-   Collect, validate, and analyze project data to prepare accurate reports.
-   Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards for efficient tracking of project performance.
-   Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure reporting aligns with project objectives.
-   Identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement through data analysis.
-   Present findings and recommendations to management and project teams.
-   Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and deadlines.
-   Continuously seek ways to improve reporting processes and efficiency.

## Requirements

**Education:**

-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

**Experience:**

-   Minimum of 8 years of experience in reporting or data analysis.

**Technical Competencies:**

-   Proficient in reporting tools and software such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
-   Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
-   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-   Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
