### Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist users with inquiries related to their social media accounts, features, and troubleshooting issues.
-   Guide customers through the platform’s functionalities and help optimize their social media experience.
-   Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to provide effective solutions for complex user issues.
-   Stay updated on industry trends and social media policies to provide customers with the best support.
-   Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate service records for continuous improvement.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably in the social media or tech industry.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and social media platforms.
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
