## Description

\*\*Job Title:\*\* Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure / Data Centre)  
  
\*\*Job Summary:\*\*  
\- Site-based role for a Quantity Surveyor with 4–5 years of experience in infrastructure, data centre, or similar large-scale projects.  
\- Focuses on cost control, measurements, and contract administration in a fast-paced site environment.  
  
\*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\*  
\- Prepare quantity take-offs, measurements, and progress valuations.  
\- Assist with interim claims, variations, and final accounts.  
\- Monitor project costs, budgets, and site progress.  
\- Support procurement and subcontractor pricing.  
\- Verify site measurements and work completion.  
\- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.  
  
\*\*Requirements:\*\*  
\- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.  
\- 4–5 years of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably site-based.  
\- Experience in infrastructure or data centre projects is an advantage.  
\- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.  
\- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on site.
