## Description

We are looking for a senior wind technician with strong Vestas V82 troubleshooting experience. This is an immediate-impact field role focused on advanced diagnostics, corrective maintenance support, and helping strengthen platform capability across our crews. Ideal background includes V82/V80/V90 site experience, electrical fault finding, pitch/yaw/generator troubleshooting, strong safety habits, and the ability to support or coach other technicians. If you have hands-on V82 troubleshooting experience and are open to a high-impact role with RCL, we would like to connect directly.

### Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum Experience

-   5+ years wind industry experience
-   3+ years direct V82 experience
-   Proven troubleshooting background

Must Demonstrate

-   Independent fault diagnosis
-   V82 Repower experience 
-   Safe and repeatable work execution
-   Ability to coach others
