## Requirements

-   Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution
-   **3–6 years** of relevant experience at a large firm or top boutique
-   Strong academic background and legal writing skills
-   Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (or eligibility to waive in)
-   Excellent client service, communication, and time management abilities
-   Experience handling **complex, high-value matters** in your focus area
