**The Role**

We are looking for an Accounts Administrator who will provide accounts, payroll, and administrative support to our client's growing business. Our client is a fast-growing electrical compliance company based in Western Australia, known for its professionalism, strong customer service, and close-knit team culture.

In this role, you will work closely with the client's management team to keep their finance and operations running smoothly, taking ownership of the day-to-day accounts and admin function.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Accounts Payable
-   Accounts Receivable
-   Payroll processing
-   Bank reconciliations
-   General bookkeeping
-   Stock ordering and inventory management
-   Compliance and record management
-   General administration and office support
-   Assisting with a variety of business and operational tasks as required

## Requirements

-   At least 3 years of bookkeeping and payroll experience in an Australian based company
-   Experience with accounting software, QuickBooks experience highly regarded
-   Prior experience supporting an Australian business highly regarded, understanding of AU payroll and compliance requirements an advantage
-   Excellent attention to detail
-   Strong organisational and time management skills
-   Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
-   Proficient in written and spoken English
-   Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidate must be willing to work on-site.
