## Description

**Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)**

**Location:** West Virginia  
**Salary:** $115,000 - $120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday  
**Setting:** Telehealth / Remote

This West Virginia virtual therapist role is designed for licensed mental health professionals who want to provide accessible, high-quality counseling through telehealth. You will support clients remotely while maintaining a professional, structured, and clinically focused work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide remote therapy services to clients located in West Virginia
-   Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment goals
-   Support clients with mental health, emotional wellness, and life adjustment concerns
-   Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
-   Deliver services in accordance with ethical and confidentiality standards

## Requirements

-   Must hold an active West Virginia license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
-   Experience providing mental health counseling, therapy, psychology, or clinical social work services
-   Comfortable using telehealth platforms for client care
-   Excellent documentation and communication skills
-   Ability to work independently in a remote clinical role
