## Description

**Licensed Only Agent (LOA) – Life & Health InsurancePosition Overview**Advance Onboarding is seeking **Licensed Only Agents (LOA)** to place with one of our insurance agency clients. This is a **in-house role**, where the agent works directly in office selling insurance products under the client agency’s appointments.This position is ideal for licensed agents who want **steady hourly pay**, structured schedules, provided leads, and the opportunity to earn **commission and bonuses**.

## Requirements

-   Sell **Life and Health insurance products** (ACA, Medicare, Obama Care Supplemental, and/or Life)
-   Handle **inbound calls, walk-ins, and assigned leads**
-   Conduct needs analysis and enroll clients into appropriate plans
-   Accurately document client information in CRM and enrollment systems
-   Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
-   Comply with all **state, federal, and carrier regulations**
-   Deliver professional customer service throughout the sales process
