## Description

[The Association of Test Preparation, Admissions, and Private Tutoring](https://tpapt.mykajabi.com/survey) is seeking motivated and engaging SAT section specialist tutors for assignments with students in grades 9-12 in Livingston, NJ and surrounding communities.

Company: TPAPT Chapter, Livingston, NJ

Tests: SAT Reading/Writing

Classification: Contract

Compensation: $50-$60/hr

Location of Tutoring: Established Local Learning Center

The Position:

-   Provide in-person tutoring to students in grades 9-12
-   Tutoring assignments are typically 60 minutes
-   Tutoring assignments will be regular and reliable
-   Tutoring sessions are generally scheduled between 2PM and 8PM EST during the week and between 10am - 4pm on weekend days

## Requirements

-   4-12 hours per week of availability
-   Earned Bachelor's Degree
-   At least 2 years of experience tutoring or teaching the Reading / Writing section of the Digital SAT
-   Strong past test scores
-   Exceptional communication skills
-   A passion for helping others learn
